Minced stew ( khoresh Ghymeh)

Another traditional Iranian food ...
We call it as khoresh Ghymeh or Minced stew .why do we call it as Minced? because in cooking of this food we use minced veal ..
Ingredients are :Dry lime. split peas. tomato sauce.curry powder. roasted potato
i have to tell you something very important about this food:
In some religious ceremonies such as Ashura people cook it as free food distributed among the poor according to a vow made to God
