We want to discover new culture so some of it's components include their habites such as their foods their hobbies method of life even their architecture…
Here I will show you especial traditional food we call it in Iran as ABGOSHT you can call it as broth or a kind of soup it's ingredients include mutton dry peas .tomato potato. Onion and we boild all of them with each other.
We separat it's liquid we eat it with traditional breads we cut bread into pieces and throw them in that liquid …so tasty….
Again we mash peas. Meat and boild potato with each other …The mixture is so tasty too I like this food so much
But here I show you only food and kind of mashing .
This food needs traditional plates to show you every thing maybe in future I will show you them in a traditional restaurant.By the way I have to tell you we use in most of Iranian traditional foods Dry lime it's flavour is needed in our foods but we can use fresh limes but tast of food is not same as before
And in the end i have to tell you this food cause some problems for sensitive stomachs...because of those peas
