Dolmeh- traditional Iranian food ( i saw it in Turkey too)

split peas
we call it:
Dolme felfel
and this one: Dolme badenjan
Tomato Souce
He used internal stuffed and mixed with
tomato sauce
add water
After 3 hours boiling food is ready
we eat with bread
another Traditional bread: TAFTOON
Pickles but not by vingar by salt water
Stuffed with minced meat and rice... vetegtable.split peas
he cook( boilded them) rice and split peas separatly and mixed it with minced meat and special vegetables ( i will take it's foto later)and put them inside of those peppers and egg plant the structure of thier walls will keep stuff ...
we have three kind of Dolme in Iran two of them are infront of you another kind need Leaf of grape and in this season we don;t have those leaves but that kind is so delicious
In Turkey i find that kind of Dolmeh in the cans ...the name of that Dolme is : Barge moe
I couldn't find the name of this food in dictionary. if you know please inform me
