They mix farina with that mixture set after this part he pulls that matter over that desk and weighs it ( normally 200 gr).agian with dry farina will be mixed
after this part he wides them over another desk
you see how they put them in the oven
After 10 minutes he brings out
and sell to customers!!!!!
this bread is so tasty but you should eat it when it is warm and fresh
In iran this bread is famous to be bread of Turks( Azerbaijanians_ Iranian Turks) but all the corners of Iran if you travel you will see even Persians enjoy eating this bread
