Iranian traditional Kebab

The mixture of beef &mutton and he added onion. yellow sack of egg (yoke)peper and salt.
he stir them and the produt is ready for putting on barbecue skewer
NOW Kebabs are ready :
over Iranian traditional bread (it' s name is Taftoon)
Do you believe That bread under those kebebs is sooooooooooo delicious...
also we eat roasted tomatos.
How about Pickles???
and churned our milk!!! or yogurt and water we call it as DOGH but that mixture is so tasty!
and browned layer of rice at the bottom of rice pot
we used to eat kebab with rice
